hey totally unrelated to this post, but since comments seem to be disabled for your post about cooking tips, i am commenting here
- nonstick pans are easy to use and clean for sure, but they can release harmful chemicals when heated.
- olive oil sure might be healthy, but they have a very strong lobby which sponsors a lot of the so called research about which oil is better. just because our good old peanut oil guys don't sponsor any research doesn't mean its not good. going by simple logic also, how can eating an oil which is thousands of rupees per kg be the only healthy option for our country? there has to be some locally available and healthy alternative. so using olive oil is good, but not the only healthy option in Indian context
Oh i guess you want me to answer these huh ? haha!
yeah Akhilesh, it will be fun! just write!
thanks for the info, Anonymous, I will check the research on olive oil myself. I heard it from a very trusted source, so I use it.
And logically looking at it, if you just think about the groundnut and olive, olives are more soft, and would contain less oil for given quantity... Anyways, will look into it.
yeah, it may not be affordable, so those who afford, may use it! others, I am not against groundnut oil!
**that i might fall of some place or some road accident!
